Alle regulären Termine kannst du ganz unkompliziert über meine Online-Terminplattform (Calendly) buchen. Dort stelle ich alle vier bis acht Wochen meine freien Slots zur Verfügung – klick dich einfach durch und such dir deinen passenden Termin aus!

Die kosmetischen Termine finden i.d.R in meinem Studio in 66606 Sankt Wendel statt.

Wenn du als Braut bei mir anfragen möchtest, freue ich mich ganz besonders – hier läuft die Buchung allerdings ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Hochzeiten sind einfach etwas ganz Besonderes, da spielen viele individuelle Details eine Rolle, die ich gerne persönlich mit dir bespreche. Deshalb ist dieser Bereich nicht Teil der Online-Terminbuchung und wird immer individuell abgestimmt.


Bei Fragen aller Art, egal ob du schon Kund:in bist, dich für eine Brautbuchung interessierst oder ob auf der Website bzw. meinen anderen Kanälen (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.) noch etwas unklar geblieben ist: Schreib mir gerne! Cosmetic appointments usually take place at my studio in 66606 Sankt Wendel.

Weddings are truly special and involve a lot of personal details, so I prefer to go through everything with you directly. For that reason, bridal appointments aren’t part of the online booking system and are always arranged individually.

Füllstoffkosmetik vs. Wirkstoffkosmetik – Zwei Welten, ein Badezimmer: Was deine Haut wirklich braucht

Die Beauty-Welt ist groß, glänzend – und manchmal ganz schön verwirrend. Zwischen vielversprechenden Wirkstoffcocktails und elegant verpackten Texturwundern stehen wir oft ratlos vor dem Regal: Was bringt meiner Haut wirklich etwas? Was ist Marketing – und was Medizin fürs Hautbild?

Zwei große Kategorien, die in diesem Zusammenhang immer wieder auftauchen, sind Füllstoffkosmetik und Wirkstoffkosmetik. Zwei Begriffe, die gegensätzlicher kaum klingen könnten – aber sind sie das wirklich? Und wann macht welche Sinn? Tauchen wir ein in eine Welt zwischen Schein und Sein, Ästhetik und Wissenschaft.

Was ist Füllstoffkosmetik?

Füllstoffkosmetik – der Begriff klingt vielleicht ein wenig… leer. Tatsächlich geht es hier aber nicht um „wertlose“ Produkte, sondern um Pflege, die vor allem eines kann: gut aussehen, sich gut anfühlen, und das Hautbild sofort optisch verbessern. Füllstoffe (engl. „fillers“) sind Inhaltsstoffe, die primär für Textur, Haptik und sofortige Effekte sorgen. Dazu zählen z. B.:
• Silikone (z. B. Dimethicone): sorgen für seidige Oberflächen
• Talkum oder Puderstoffe: mattieren
• Paraffine: bilden schützende, okklusive Schichten
• Mikroplastik/Polymerverbindungen: glätten optisch
• Farbstoffe und Perlmuttpigmente: kaschieren Hautunebenheiten

Sie liefern sofort sichtbare Ergebnisse – glattere Haut, weichere Haptik, ein “weichgezeichneter” Effekt. Der Clou: Diese Effekte sind rein kosmetischer Natur und verschwinden mit der Reinigung.

Vorteile:

Was ist Wirkstoffkosmetik?

Wirkstoffkosmetik – oder aktive Dermakosmetik – enthält Inhaltsstoffe, die in der Haut biologisch wirksam sind. Das heißt: Sie lösen dort gezielte Prozesse aus, die tiefgreifend auf Hautfunktionen einwirken können. Solche Produkte sind nicht nur Kosmetik – sie sind beinahe schon pharmazeutisch.

Wichtige Wirkstoffe sind z. B.:
• Retinol (Vitamin A): regt Zellteilung & Kollagenproduktion an
• Niacinamid (Vitamin B3): stärkt die Hautbarriere, wirkt gegen Entzündungen
• Vitamin C: antioxidativ, pigmentausgleichend

Wichtig: Damit Wirkstoffe wirklich wirken, müssen sie in ausreichender Konzentration, in stabiler Form und in geeigneten Vehikeln (Transportstoffen) vorliegen – ein Punkt, an dem viele „pseudoaktive“ Produkte scheitern.

Vorteile:

• Beeinflussen echte Hautfunktionen (nicht nur die Oberfläche)
• Wissenschaftlich belegbare Wirksamkeit
• Geeignet für Hautprobleme wie Akne, Pigmentflecken, Falten etc.

Nachteile:
• Oft teurer

Die Antwort ist so individuell wie deine Haut:

• Für empfindliche Haut, die wenig verträgt? Eine milde Kombi – denn nicht jeder verträgt starke Wirkstoffe.
• Für reife, fahle Haut? Retinol, Peptide & Co – mit Fingerspitzengefühl.
• Für Einsteiger:innen? Langsam rantasten: Erst Feuchtigkeit, dann sanfte Säuren oder Niacinamid.
